Canadians for Accountability was created by grassroots whistleblowers and
accountability activists. The mission is to advance integrity and
accountability and to help and advocate for whistleblowers in all parts of
our society. The founding President of Canadians for Accountability is Allan Cutler, well
known for his role in exposing the Sponsorship Scandal.
Centre for Immigration Policy
The Centre for Immigration Policy Reform/Centre pour une
Réforme des Politiques d’Immigration (CIPR/CRPI) is a not-for-profit national
organization of citizens who believe that major changes must be made to our
immigration policies if they are to serve the best interests of Canadians.
Democracy Watch is Canada's leading citizen group advocating democratic
reform, government accountability and corporate responsibility, and the
most successful national citizen advocacy group in Canada over the past 13
years in winning systemic changes to key laws.
The Commissioner and her office are intended to provide a means and
mechanism for federal government employees to make disclosures concerning
potential wrongdoing in their workplace, and to be protected from reprisal
for making such disclosures.
Auditor General of
The Auditor General of Canada is an Independent officer of Parliament responsible
for holding the federal government accountable for its stewardship of
public funds. Her Office audits departments and agencies, most Crown
corporations, and many other federal organizations.

Free Thinking Film Society
The Free Thinking Film Society was
established in 2007 in Ottawa to provide an outlet for filmmakers and
moviegoers alike who are looking for an alternative to the ‘alternative’.
The FTFS celebrates the efforts of risk-taking documentarians whose work
espouses the values of limited, democratic government, free market
economies, equality of opportunity rather than equality of result, and the
dignity of the individual, all underscored by a healthy and patriotic
respect for Western culture and traditions. The Third Annual Free Thinking
Film Festival (www.freethinkingfilmfest.ca) is November 1st to 4th.
